Runner

In the neon citadel of Bête Noire Industries, your Mouse program has peeked into the works of a new social engineering scheme. You're gonna have to stand up your buddies at the Silicon Saloon.... It's time to dust off that sentrybreaker and crack some corporate ice!

Hintergrund

Dieses Sammelkartenspiel hat die Geschichte des Cyberpunk2020 von R.Talsonian Games als Hintergrund.

Spielziel

Ursprünglich wurde NetRunner für zwei Spieler entwickelt: Die Firma und den Runner. Aber es ist durchaus möglich, mit mehreren Firmen und Runnern zu spielen (4, 6, 8,.. Spieler). Siehe Regeln

Die Firma verfolgt ihre geheimen Pläne(Agendas) um die Weltherrschaft an sich zu reissen. Der Hacker will in die Systeme der Firma eindringen und die Daten über ihre Pläne stehlen. So stehen der Firma Sicherheitsprogramme(ICE) und dem Hacker "Einbruchprogramme"(IceBreaker) zur Verfügung. Daneben haben beide Spieler noch einige andere nützliche oder schädliche Karten.

Das Spiel endet, sobald eine der beiden Parteien Agendas im Wert von 7 Agendapunkten erfüllt oder gestohlen haben, die Firma keine Karten mehr bekommt oder der Hacker von der Firma geflatlined wurde.
